This will be short and sweet.
I just had the best sandwich, maybe ever. I was in Seaside and heard a rumor about an airstream trailer in the back of Ruskin Place. So, we strolled back and there she was:
I ordered the Mediterranean Shrimp sandwich on fresh French roll...OH MY LORD!! It is fabulous. Grilled and perfectly seasoned shrimp, feta, red peppers, fresh tomato, basil...perfection. If you are on 30a vacationing, it is worth the trip to get one of these sandwiches.
Just walk down the path next to Great Southern Restaurant (on the square in Seaside) and head straight back. Look out for the Dietrich's Fine Food airstream trailer. Meet Jaime and get her to hook you up. Cash only and she is only there through July 4th.
You may also need to get the home-ade banana pudding to finish off. You can thank me later.
