Rosemary's Good Eats!

Rosemary is the most quaint and beautiful little town and you can't not fall in love. In our opinion, Rosmary also has the best selection of restaurants to chose from on 30a. You can park your car for vacation and literally never have to leave.  

We get asked about where to eat more than any other question, so here ya go:

With the busiest season just around the corner, we thought it would be fun to give our out-of-town shoppers a little insight to the restaurants in Rosemary Beach. They are all in walking distance from Willow...what better way to spend your summer evenings than to come by Willow then head to a cozy little cafe' or tapa's place!

Onano Neighborhood Cafe' - Italian Cuisine, only open for dinner.

Edward's Fine Food and Wine - Our newest edition...the food is wonderful!

Cowgirl Kitchen - Great for lunch or take-out and perfect for kids!

La Crema Tapas and Chocolate - Don't miss dessert at La Crema!

Paradis - Delicious fine-dining!

Sugga Pies - If you can't make it for lunch, make sure to grab a freshly made cupcake.

Wild Olives - Perfect stop for a bottle of wine and cheese. You can also pack a picnic for the beach from here!

Summer Kitchen - One of RB's fav's. It's that good!

Restaurant Paradis

Fabulous fine dining and a very fun bar. (the only full-serve bar in Rosemary..watch out for their martini's)!!! Amazing food and people. Must have reservations and maybe leave the kids at home this night. 

and of course...DOG MAN DU! You can't leave Rosemary without trying one of Dog Man Du's famous hot dogs!

The Best Jean~Hudson's Nico

Do you get confused buying jeans? 

skinny, straight, boot cut, baby boot cut, high rise, wide leg, stiletto, ankle skinny, crop, mid-rise, slim crop, super skinny, cigarette, capri, flaire, boyfriend, cuffed skinny, jeggings, 5 pocket, slouchy, relaxed fit.....and on and on

How confusing is that? Which one is in style this season? What cut best fits my body? It seriously is like picking out bikini's to wear. 

Well I have discovered our favorite skinny. 

The Hudson Nico

First of all, Hudson is one of the best fitting, best selling denim lines out there; for guys and girls.  The Nico is amazing. It is soooo comfy; with just the right amount of stretch, not growing 2 sizes bigger. They don't lose their shape, but don't cut off your circulation. They are clean and simple, and they seem to fit everyone! Trust me...they rock!!!!

The color above is the Chelsea, but it comes in just about anything you wish!

We just got these amazing mint green color in and sold out in 2 days!!

Go out and grab some Hudson Nico's...you will love them!!!

RT does shoes???

Rebecca Taylor does shoes! As you all know, Rebecca Taylor has been a Willow favorite from day 1. Femine, easy-breezy, sexy, romantic and chic...we all have lots of RT in our closets. 

Well like other friends in the biz like Tibi, Vince, Joie and of course Tory Burch, Rebecca Taylor is brancing out this spring with a full shoe line.

I know it has been months since we have blogged about our online store, but trust me, LOTS of work has being going on behind the scenes (thanks to Hillman Ball).  We are getting closer and closer to our launch date. A few days ago, we had a super duper photo shoot in Rosemary Beach by one of our favorite photographers, Tommy Crow.

By the way, if you haven't been by Tommy's studio in Rosemary, it's amazing. We are two lucky girls to have Tommy shoot us for our site.  I got to see the proofs today and he must have some kind of camera...they look fabulous. Can't wait to show all of you!!!! 

We also have to give a big thanks to Mindy and Shannon at Rolland's Salon in Seaside for our big hair and make-up!

Spring 2012 fashion is full of vividly bright colors. Unlike in recent years past when neutrals, whites and greys were the introduction to Spring season, you're sure to know that Spring 2012 has sprung. BCBG has hit this spring's color palette dead on.

How many of you are on Pinterest???

It is my most recent waste of time/ inspiration site. Well, it has been for a few months now, but I haven't let up yet. It is like reading my fav kind of book...ALL PICTURES.. haha. I haven't really figured out how to add friends or follow people. I am afraid if I do, my obsession will grow even more. Here are just a few of my fav pics of the day today:

Even my "brand spankin new" husband knows all about Pinterest. He actually got on my Boards (somehow)  and found a present for me. (ahhhh newlywed-ism)  See what I mean....very useful this Pinterest. Maybe we should all create Christmas wishlist boards!!!

So if you are on Pin., tell me some good people to follow and if you are not, get on it!!! But please respect it's seriousness....it's like my USA Today...no joking matter. 

 

India Hicks in Willow, Rosemary

When we have customers who are more "recognizable" come into the store, we try to keep it quiet, as to respect that they are on vacation and just want to escape. (after we tell all the willow girls..haha) Well, one of our fav customers turned friends is the one-and-only India Hicks. She and her beautiful family vacation often at Alys Beach. Since she announced Alys beach as one of her top places to visit on her blog, I didn't think she'd mind if I did. 

 

A month or so ago, India was in town and invited us to come see her new jewelry line at a preview party. Her jewels are amazing!!! Take a look for yourself:

If you don't know who India is, you need to. She is an undeniably stunning model, amazingly stylish and super-uber cool! (and not to mention one of Princess Diana's flower girls) We just love when she pays us a visit and are more than thrilled to have been chosen to be one of her first boutiques to carry her brand new India Hicks Jewelry collection.

Sweet Home Alabama...needs help now!!!!

  

Lives have been lost, homes have been ripped at the seams, families have been devastated, familiarities have been wiped from existence. Everything that has ever been taken for granted by the people who experienced any one of the 312 horrific tornadoes that roared through the south on April 27th, is now being held close to their hearts and longed for. Our hearts and prayers go out to all of the victims of this terrible disaster. Being Alabama and Mississippi girls, this disaster hit really close to home, we still hold strong roots in the areas that were affected and want to do all that we can do to help.

 

 

The time for shock and disbelief has passed, now is the time to recuperate and rebuild. Please help! Alabama is in a state of recovery, but we know how strong and resilient our fellow Alabamians are.

Willow plans to donate portions of our sales on Memorial Day weekend (our biggest weekend) to the Red Cross in Alabama.
